After an overwhelming response to our first Bloomfield Financial Gives nomination process, we are pleased to announce that voting is now open.
We received nominations for a wide range of charities, community organisations and good causes. Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us about an organisation that matters to them.
After reviewing the nominations, we have selected three finalists:
Melanoma-Me Foundation
Based in the North East, Melanoma-Me supports people affected by melanoma and other skin cancers, as well as their families and loved ones. Its work includes counselling, emotional support, holistic therapies, education and raising awareness of the importance of early detection.
The Headlight Project
The Headlight Project works across the Tees Valley to reduce deaths by suicide. It provides specialist support and therapy for people who have been bereaved by suicide, alongside preventative education, emotional resilience programmes and suicide-awareness training.
BBC Children in Need
BBC Children in Need supports children and young people throughout the UK who are facing disadvantages or difficult circumstances. Funding is provided to local charities and community organisations delivering practical help where it is most needed.
You decide where the donations go
The finalist receiving the most votes will receive a £300 donation, with £75 donated to each of the other two finalists.
Voting is free and takes less than a minute. Simply choose the cause you would most like Bloomfield Financial to support.
Voting closes at midnight on Friday 31 July 2026.
