What Will You Have To Pay For This Service?
After assessing your situation we will let you know which documents we think that you need to meet your requirements.
If you are on an ongoing service plan with us, or in the process of arranging a mortgage or insurance plan then you will receive a 50% discount on the standard fee.
Wills

Powers of Attorney (England and Wales)
| Health and Welfare Power of Attorney | £300 |
| Property & Finance Power of Attorney | £300 |
| Both Ordered Together | £400 |
The Office of the Public Guardian will levy a registration fee for each power of attorney which is payable in addition to the fee above.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland pricing for powers of attorney will be diffferent.
Trusts
A price will be provided for any trusts that are required will be quoted at the time based upon the type and complexity of the requirements.
