After assessing your situation we will let you know which documents we think that you need to meet your requirements.

If you are on an ongoing service plan with us, or in the process of arranging a mortgage or insurance plan then you will receive a 50% discount on the standard fee.

The Office of the Public Guardian will levy a registration fee for each power of attorney which is payable in addition to the fee above.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland pricing for powers of attorney will be different.

Trusts

A price will be provided for any trusts that are required will be quoted at the time based upon the type and complexity of the requirements.

This fee will become payable when the service is delivered

Please remember your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We give clients the option to pay for mortgage advice by fee rather than commission.

The FCA does not regulate all Buy to Let mortgages.
