Join our team as a Part Time Admin Assistant. We are seeking a committed individual to assist our team for 12 hours per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Position: Part Time Admin Assistant Location: Office based in Houghton le Spring Hours: 12 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10 AM 2 PM)

We need a diligent and organised person to help support the administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of the business.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Gather information from multiple companies on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional and friendly assistance.
  • Assist with document preparation and maintenance, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects to support the team as required.
  • Interact with clients as and when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services is NOT required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
