We offer lifetime mortgages from the whole market.

What Will You Have To Pay For This Service?

We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.

A fee of £750 for arranging the lifetime mortgage payable on successful completion. This is in addition to any commission or procuration fee we may receive from the lender.

You will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular equity release product, which will tell you about any fees relating to it.

When & How Will You Have To Pay For This Service?

We offer a ‘no completion no fee’ guarantee so your fee is only payable upon successful completion of your mortgage.
