Join our team as a Part Time Admin Assistant. We are seeking a committed individual to assist our team for 12 hours per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Position: Part Time Admin Assistant Location: Office based in Houghton le Spring Hours: 12 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10 AM 2 PM)

We need a diligent and organised person to help support the administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of the business.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Gather information from multiple companies on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional and friendly assistance.
- Assist with document preparation and maintenance, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
- Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects to support the team as required.
- Interact with clients as and when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services is NOT required.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet work.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
