We have teamed up with a couple of specialist legal firms in order to provide this service to you, these providers may change from time to time.

What Will You Have To Pay For This Service?

After assessing your situation we will let you know which documents we think that you need to meet your requirements.

If you are on an ongoing service plan with us, or in the process of arranging a mortgage or insurance plan then you will receive a 50% discount on the standard fee.

Powers of Attorney

Health and Welfare Power of Attorney £300
Property & Finance Power of Attorney £300
Both Ordered Together £520

The Office of the Public Guardian will levy a registration fee for each power of attorney which is payable in addition to the fee above.


A price will be provided for any trusts that are required will be quoted at the time based upon the type and complexity of the requirements.
