Stage 1: Get To Know You Meeting
To help you best we have to understand you, what you want, why you want it and where you are at now. This meeting is crucial to us being able to get you the best deal possible.
We are based in Houghton le Spring just off the A690 between Durham City and Sunderland, if you are based in the area you can meet us in or offices or we can come and see you at home or work. If you're somewhere else in the UK then we can arrange our meeting via the phone or the internet, geography is not an obsticle.
Stage 2: The Research
After our initial meeting we'll research answers to all your questions, if your ready to apply for a mortgage we'll find you the deal. If you're still house hunting we'll find out how much you can borrow and get you an agreement in principle (AIP) from a mortgage lender so that you can move forward with your search.
Stage 3: The Mortgage Application
When you're ready to make your application we will prepare it and submit it for you you will deal with us directly and we will deal with the lender on your behalf making things as smooth and simple for you as they possibly can be, having us by yourside to explain everything you need to consider and every question that comes up. We'll be right there with you from filling out the form tilll the moment the mortgage completes and beyond.
Stage 4:The Next Time
The vast majority of the time your mortgage will have an initial deal period, when the deal runs out you will be able to remortgage to keep your mortgage costs as low as possible. When that time comes (with your permission) we will send you a reminder, and schedule a chat so we can start the ball rolling on getting you a new deal.

For mortgage advice and arrangement we will receive a commission payment from the lender. In addition new mortgage customers will be charged a fee of £200 on successful completion of your mortgage, for existing mortgage customers the fee is waived. If you prefer us not to take a commission we can allow you to pay an agreed fee instead. And in very complex cases we reserve the right to agree an additional fee with you, this fee would be agreed at the very first meeting.
